Volatiles, Gases, Antioxidants, Additives, Viscosity, Rheology, Rapid Creep TTS Testing, High Resolution Composite Images,
We started as a rheology laboratory (flow of materials). Then expanded into modeling the processability window of plastic blends, composites, foam products, and rheology modifiers.
Next we added compete analytical lab.
Now our focus is on Forensic Fiber Composite Analysis
ASTM D 1238 Melt flow rate, ASTM E 1252 FTIR analysis, Barrier film layer thickness, ASTM D 2582 puncture propagation, ASTM D 1922 Elmendorf Tear, ASTM D 732 Punch Shear, ASTM D2765 Gel Content, ASTM D 5630 Ash Content, ASTM D 6042 and ASTM 6953 additives in plastics, ISO 11357-6 oxidation induction time, ASTM E 1641 TGA Kinetics, ASTM D 2857 dilute solution of polymers, ASTM D 2990 creep testing in tensile and Accelerated Creep Testing (ACT), ASTM D 4440 melt rheology, D 4065 solid rheology, ASTM D 3835 capillary rheology. Keyence VHX-X1 newest digital microscope for imaging and analysis.
We change and expand to meet Customers needs;
In the past few years with more recycled plastic going back into consumer products we started measuring the molecular weight of polymers by dilute solution viscosity and how Mw relates to the final product performance. We use gel permeation chromatography (GPC), FTIR,
and light scattering to measure many polymer systems.
